Overall great service. Erik and Tim were helpful explaining everything to me. A few days after I picked up my car, the check engine light came back on. I had to bring it back. The light was cleared, and Erik explained the minor issue to me. It's possible the light could come back again, which is annoying having to go back and forth to NTB.

Still received the same service, whether I was first in the morning or the last in the evening it was always great.

Everything as expected. No surprises! Bingo.

Kevin the store manager was more than helpful throughout the whole process.

Service was prompt. Tire rotation was straight front to rear and rear to front.

Kevin, the manager was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and explaining everything to me. I watched him in several transactions with the customers and he was highly professional and truly patient with all the customers! I would recommend the store to anyone who values customer service.

They do the job. Made an appointment on line, received a confirmation, and, they seemed to be unaware of the appointment. Also, they seemed to not have a record of me as a several times previous customer, they seemed to have no record of me. They removed the cabin air filter, showed me it was dirty, and I asked to just put it back. When I turned on the A/C, the blower was noisy - wasn't when I came in. Returned, and they discovered some debris that dropped into the blower. Sloppy!

The mechanic was great and professional.
