Did not rotate tires despite that being coupon service that we expected along with the synthetic oil change.

Very fast service

I had taken my car for a wheel alignment because I had (months ago) purchased their 5-yr wheel alignment package. When I received my keys nothing was mentioned about testing my charging system but on my no-charge invoice it showed up. I routinely take my car to a Subaru dealership for some work and they mention that they checked my brakes, measured the tire tread depth, etc. If you do something as an added extra, that is great but if you don't say anything it comes of as creepy.

Mechanic was very helpful and kind.

Apparently didn't check the tires after rotation. One, probably the one that was the spare, was under 20 psi.
