I came in because i had a hook in one of my tires. Dallas got me wrote up fast and they got it checked out and I needed a tire and they were able to get me in and out in about 30 min and I didn't have an appointment.

Whenever I have a problem I always take it this NTB. The staff there is awesome and professional.

I rated the service 5 stars mainly because I wasnt told that my car had numerous repair recommendations like other places Ive taken it to in the past. Im also rating it 5 stars for the excellent customer service. I definitely plan to use Merchants again for the same type of service and would recommend them to others.

The staff is amazing

Nice people. I went in early morning on weekday and did not have much of a wait. Was able to transfer my 5 year tire rotation/alignment/balance from my junked vehicle to my replacement vehicle. It is worth the extra money in case you hit a big pot hole so you can get an alignment and also so you can do on time rotations with no extra cost.

Service was friendly and quick. Fastest time I've ever had an oil change and tire rotation done. They also did a quick check up on other things and advised when I should get them done!

I had a tire replaced and they had it done sooner than I expected. The only thing that could have been better would be if they'd put my spare back in the trunk well and if they'd aired all the other tires up to desired pressure. Other than that service is good here

Had an appointment but it took them more than an hour after my appointment time to take the car in the shop for the work.

Dallas was awesome. I didn’t have an appointment and he still was able to get me in and out. Very professional and best customer service I’ve ever had
