Cross threaded one of my lug nuts and had to replace lug. Said they were scared to remove a broken bolt and had to take it somewhere else.

john scott was the associate that helped us. he was terrific with explaining, checking in the car, he was personable, interactive with us and let the patron behind us kniw he would be right with him. john scott was the reason i was highly satisfied. great first impression, team took care of my car quickly - cost more than i anticipated but it is what it is.

I have taken my cars to Merchants for a long time and they have always been fair. I purchase all my tires and have purchased many 5-year alignment packages over the past 10 years for our 5 vehicles. The A/C was not working so I had Merchants check it out. They had van for 10 minutes, said it was the compressor, charged $125 (if I want it fix it would be $1200). I dont mind paying for a diagnosis but $125 to test the compressor was way too much. Merchants has lost my business forever.

As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by John Scott. I had my 18 month old son with me and he acknowledged that I had my son and asked about his age. I walked in with my ticket and or receipt from my last visit a little over a year ago which stated I would get free repairs for the life cycle of the tires. I was told it may be an hour and it was most likely less than that. As I was on the way out I remembered that my brake light was and noticed John was dealing with another customer so I waited then I asked if I could get a quote on the installation and that I had my own bulbs which would make the price go down and I'd just be paying for labor. Turned out those bulbs were too small but John and the crew looked out and recommended that I get some work done so I don't ruin my car and gave me a rate on the labor. My car has been pretty reliable. But I would definitely recommend this location to any and everyone.

Had the 0900 appointment and they were finished in less than 45 minutes which was great. The associate was very helpful. The weekday coupon saved me money. Booking online was quick and easy.
