Would be nice if have enough equipment and manpower.. so the waiting time won’t be that long.

They were very busy but still got my tire repaired in a timely manner. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Train personnel who interact with customers to at least appear as though they are professional, instead of presenting discourteous attitude, avoiding customers, and not responding to simple questions. The person in charge of the lobby spent all of his time in the repair garage, avoiding the lobby by doing minor cleaning in the garage while the lobby needed to be cleaned as well. As I watched him trying to get his attention he avoided eye contact. When he did speak he presented a very curt attitude from the time I entered till leaving, with blunt, short answers. I couldn't wait to leave.

The gentleman at the counter, Justin, was very professional. Extremely Polite and friendly. The office got very busy but he handled himself very well and looked out for his team. Never threw anyone under the bus.

I love this NTB location! I usually go to NTB for oil change service, but a location closer to my home. I recently had to take my son's truck in for an oil change at this location and the customer service was so great that I drove further out to go back to that location for my truck's oil change. They are worth driving the extra distance!
