I urgently needed two tires for my car. I was very happy to find out that this store has special tires my car required. Erik was great in explaining prices and why I actually needed four tires. He was very informative and obviously knows what he is doing. He even showed me my old tires and what is the real issue on the inside of them, which was not visible to my eye. The four tires I purchased were installed very quickly.

Easy to work with. I called with no appointment and they were able to get my car inspected and provide matching tires that I needed to replace, all in about 3-4 hours.

Each time I had my car serviced at NTB, I was thoroughly satisfied. Eric Pratt is very friendly and he is nice to deal with. He seems to be an excellent manager.
