I dropped my car off at 9:30am and didn't get it back until after 1pm. I picked it up around 2pm, but I had to call them to see what was going on. Other than that I have never had any problems.

Asked for a Tire Rotation (lifetime rotation with new tires I purchased on 8/2019) and a year alignment plan I purchased 4/2019. Shop didnt rotate tires and the alignment still had bad camber and caster. I can tell only the toe was adjusted. Only positive thing I can say is at least my tie rod boots werent twisted like the last alignment down there. I believe the tires installed in August werent balanced correctly either. Should have went to Firestone.

"I will never do business with them again...I have been getting oil changes and front end alignment's there for years.Had the worst experience there this weekend ever. They just recently changed their name and hired new management which they should've sent to management school because they are very unprofessional. There's a young lady who's a manager there who has no understanding what customer service is all about.Let me start from the beginning a year or so ago I got an oil change and they left my dipstick out so when I drove off my car was smoking and oil was splashing all on the engine so when I get home I realized oil was dripping in my driveway so I went back up there and they had a attitude with me because they had to clean it all off the engine.I had to hire someone to come clean oil out of my driveway which cost me $100 I never said anything to them about this so I went and get a change again a few months later they left the splashguard loose on the my car so when I drove off it was dragging on the street so once again I go back and they give me same attitude because they have to put it back up.So on my next or change I took my car someone somewhere else as soon as they put it on the lift they brought it to my attention that the last people that were changing my car modified my splash guard by cutting a hole where the old filter is so they don't have to take it off I don't know why someone would modify something without letting you know.I didn't want to bring it to their attention because I know the attitude I got from them the last time.I bought a new 2012 Audi and the dealer told me the oil change would be 150 so I called merchants and they told me 125 you get exactly what you pay for I should've went to the dealer and pay the extra $25 because guess what they left the splashguard loose again now I have a $20,000 car with the splashguard hanging from the bottom looking tacky so I called and let them know they left the splashguard loose again. So when I get up there I tell them I saw the guy trying to put the screw on the right-hand side and he couldn't get it so I turn my head for one second and they were letting the car down so I thought he got the screw in! Instead of them pulling my car in right away putting it on the lift and putting one screw in to correct the problem. This manager who knows nothing about customer service is going to tell me I have to wait until the guy gets finished with an oil change and putting on two tires. When they have several people standing around and several bays open.So now I'm sitting here for an hour watching them bring other cars in/out and start new work up((and they are taking their time now because they see me having words with the manager so now they're doing stuff out of spite))when all they had to do was bring my car in from the start put one screw in.I had to sit there for three hours waiting on oil change the other day why should I have to sit two hours and wait for them to correct something that they broke.Do you think I should have had to wait?I think I should've been first priority being that they were the reason I had to come back I should not have to wait another two hours. The manager basically told me she didn't care about my business she didn't care that she left my splashguard loose she actually told me to leave and come back another day with my splashguard hanging in dragging on the ground.((very unprofessional))They didn't even have to put it on a lift they could have jacked it up and put one screw in it.It would've took three minutes at the most. I was taking my kids to Busch Gardens that morning and could not take them because of her.She basically told me Who cares about your business. She was very unprofessional and very rude and tried to make me feel like I was the bad guy((and not a paying customer))for wanting to get my car fixed correctly it was nothing hanging from there before I came so why is it something hanging now she made me feel like I was the problem. So

It was my first experience; it was highly recommended by a friend. I do most work DIY except when my experience is limited or when it is more practical to take it to a shop, that being said "IF" I feel at any time that I am being scammed they'll never see me again. and I'll let all my friends know about it. During my inspection they noted a known condition that I intended to fix. I am not 100% certain it was urgent; however, I did not discredit this shop for finding a condition I knew was questionable at best. I agreed to let them do the work. Money is always a sore spot with me, but all things considered I feel I was not cheated. They were friendly and the place was a comfortable wait. I will continue to work with them unless conditions change. For now, they are highly recommended in my book.

James Bolander was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. We popped a tire while driving, got the vehicle towed to get 2 new ones installed at the Norfolk NTB. He was able to help us when other tire shops/mechanics turned us away. This location had plenty of workers available when prior shops we visited said they had no mechanics/techs available. James took us to the back and showed us the tire options his shop had available to fit our truck and explained everything about them in great detail. On top of that, we were back on the road within an hour of walking into this location. Will definitely be visiting another NTB location when we return home to MD to get the other two tires replaced.
