I scheduled myself for the wrong service when I made my appointment online. They took my appointment anyway and got it done in less than an hour.

I am always pleased with the excellent customer service displayed by NTB.

The store manager was very easy to work with. He took time to explain everything to me and the cost of each repair that will be needed. The check in was quick and the lady checking me in was very friendly. Even the mechanic who worked on my car was friendly. I love this place and they will be my permanent go to going forward.

Job of replacing two front tyres was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.

NTB associate Tina was pleasant on the phone and she was very helpful with finding me the right tires for my vehicle.

It was fast and diecent. What else can I say about this experience.

We came in after my niece hit a tire on a curb. The rim was slightly bent and the tire was missing a small chunk of rubber. The store manager, Donald Hoskey, helped us. The tires were well worn and dry rotting. We decided to replace all four tires. My niece was under a time constraint to get the car back. Donald explained everything clearly. He called when the tires arrived in store and had the car ready to meet my niece’s time constraint. We felt like we were in good hands.

Very good service. They did loose one of my custom valve caps but the manager asked to bring him the bill for a new set and he will reimburse me.
