"Brian, Keith and Emmanuel are top notch people. I trust NO ONE ELSE with all of my family's vehicles. We took all 4 in this Saturday, 9/30 for oil changes and routine maintenance. All were done in a timely, efficient manner. This Merchant's branch is the best!"

It was easy to schedule appointment on line. I arrived a little early, but they attended to me right away. Order writer explained procedure and cost. Very good price. Work was completed quickly.

I popped in one Saturday to recieve a quote for 4 new tires. Don walked me through options, answered all my questions, and provided a quote for my selection. I called back to schedule an appointment. Don had ordered my tires and immediately took my car to the bay to be serviced. I asked him if it could be done by a certain time to make a doctor's appointment. He got it done. I appreciate the care and respect Don exhibited during all of our interactions. Never once was he belittling or disrespectful. I've been to a lot of automotive shops who didn't treat women with respect due to their gender. I decided I would give Don my business immediately after that interaction even if NTB tires were more expensive just because of how Don treated me. Customer service does matter. You got my business because of a respectful manager. Thank you Don! I will return and recommend you to others as well.

The store manager Don was amazing he was very friendly and helpful. He made sure me and my spouse was comfortable and even told me when they started putting the oil in so I knew I didn’t have much of a wait left. I will definitely continue to come to this specific location!

The manager that was on duty was very pleasant and explained everything to me. He called me when my vehicle was complete even though I told him I didn't get off work until 4:30, he stated he just wanted to let me know that my vehicle was ready whenever I was ready to pick it up.
