The associate was very knowledgeable and honest with me as far as what was wrong with the tire that I had an issue with. I asked if I needed 2 tires or just 1 to keep rotational issues correct and he said only 1 was needed due to tread depth only being very minimal from the other 3 tires. I appreciate him being honest and not trying to sell me another tire that wasn't needed.

They did a great job fixed the problem with no problem and was affordable and quick service

Don was very friendly, helpful and honest. As I was waiting, he went out of his way to help each customer that came in. If he didn't know the answer, he found someone who could help.

Another NTB I scheduled online dropped the ball and wanted me to wait 45 min longer to have car looked at after my appointment window was set. Then said my 1 hour service would be an addition 1 hour 45 min. 1 hour job turned to 3 hour wait. I did not have the time and found another NTB willing to help! Thanks Brook Road Team!
