Clear and concise explanations of services and products offered to my specific visit. Somewhat contradictory to what other associates and locations have recommended but the overall care is much appreciated.

A bit on the pricey side (despite their claim to coupons and a free tire) which is still well above industry prices for my area, but service on the car itself was great.

The overall service at the Wiles road location is exceptional. Garth is a friendly and knows everything about my vehicle. He is so patient when explaining what is wrong with the vehicle. I never feel as if I am cheated when it comes to him. Overall great customer service.

SAMMY AND ROSSI ARE ALWAYS FAIR AND HONEST.

Well I had my tires rotated at Tire Kingdom .I reminded them ti make sure the tire pressure was ti be 43 lbs in the front and 37lbs in the rear.The manager said that the technician would set them to the pressure listed on the door.He told me that the tires were fine.The next day I was at Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek and the service writer's report indicated that the tires were overinflated and that the left front tire was worn.
