Tire Kingdom

Called the week of 7/10/17 set-up an appointment for tires to be installed w alignment on my husband's truck. Eddie (manager) said they had 3 in stock and needed to order 1 more. Called to make sure everything was a go @ the end of the week spoke w Gary, brought truck in, NO TIRES & better yet, they had -0- information of us even calling and ordering tires or booking appointment. After getting home, wheels are chewed up from being balanced & aligned. Horrible customer service!!!!

Patrick was extremely helpful and commutative during my entire experience. He made me feel appreciated as a customer and made sure I everything was done correctly in a timely manner. Thanks again Patrick!

Did not lube ball joints as requested before service. When asked technition why got a smartelec answer. Will not be going back there again and also advise all drivers l know the same
