All encountered were extremely nice and professional. Steve, who wrote my service order, looked at my two like new boat trailer tires that had gone flat, and noted they were six years old. I did not realize that they were that old and knew that trailer tires not used frequently are prone to cracking problems. In lieu of replacing the known leaking valve stem on one, and looking for the source of the leak in the other tire, I inquired as to a price to replace both tires and valve stems. He was surprised that I was aware of the issues with tires that are not used often and came up with very competative pricing. I know that I arrived during a slack time; however, I was in and out in 18 minutes. I could not be more pleased.
