Overall good quality, at a decent price. I was a little frustrated that I had an appointment and still waited an hour for a simple oil change.

Friendliness of tech (Guy) price, quickness of service, all around good experience.

This is the first time I am doing oil change outside other than the dealer. I think it is very difficult to say that they have done the good or bad job. Assuming that they did their best.

I was given multiple options for my choice of tire quality, the building itself was very well air conditioned, the mechanic completed my request of retrieving the object that punctured my tire. Everyone was very friendly.

I only use this Tire Kingdom facility due to the proximity to my home and because each time I come the staff is friendly, professional and efficient. I drove in yesterday with a flat tire and it was replaced within 30 min's!. Seth at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable.

Changed my vehicle’s oil and rotated tires on time and efficiently. Service rep. alerted me to rear brake discs in need of updating soon. Very polite and very professional

The service manager Guy Vasiliadis was very courteous to me. I was leaving out of town and a nail was in my tire. It was right before Christmas and I was in the verge of tears. He was very kind and even calm me down because he knew I was stress. The whole experience made me realize there are still good people in this country.
