good service and followup service is not good. I've been asked to come back later and waiting time is more during service and some times the service is bad.

The manager was the best I’ve seen in years. By the way the location was in zephyrhills fl on Gaul Blvd

I was disappointed that I did not receive any information about my vehicle after the service was done. Everywhere else I go I get informed of things that are wrong or in good condition. Other then that the service was good. The staff was friendly.

This was my first time at this location. My tire had gone flat and I didn't know what to do, so I went here and Seth helped me and fixed the problem in a fast and very professional manner. My experience here has made me a future customer. GREAT JOB!

Great price and friendly service. However, I checked my tires pre- and post- service and discovered that they didnt rotate the tires. The manager politely argued with me (my front left wheel is noticeably different than the others due to flaking of the finish)...I left there with her still insisting that they rotated the tires because her employee said he did it. Cant fault her for sticking up for her employee I suppose

I was going camping and that morning I had a tire issue but I was able to get a new tire installed pretty quickly.

Well the car was finished and my family and I went to go out to eat, the car broke down in front of Bone Fish Grill we called Tire Kingdom and they told us that a tow truck would be there to tow the car, to our surprise the manager came to us, to reassure us that the car would be fixed on Sunday, it seemed like the tow truck took there sweet time to pick up the car, with all that going on the manager was so professional she drove us home in her new car we were happy that she went out of her way to accommodate my family. The car was fixed the next day.

I think Seth was the employee who helped me. Old fashion customer service! He would be the reason I return as he was not only professional but friendly and helpful.

Don't take your car here if you value it. They know nothing about cars and especially about tires. First they hand tighten my lug nuts and then next time they torqued them way too tight that had I had a flat there was no way I was getting it off and it warped my rotor. Which they said there was no way it could have done that and would fix it!!! Another customer was even telling them they were wrong and didn't know what they were talking about. Will NEVER take my car there again.

In and out with no issues and excellent service

Can't trust them & won't go back. Did they really change my oil or just say they did and charge me? I was a sucker for going back this time...second time now that they annotated tire rotation & air pressure check but failed to rotate the tires (I mark them); I checked air pressure @ gas station after I left & all were low, so they didn't do that either. One was 8 pounds low!

I WON'T BE GOING BACK. $62 FOR A NON SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE. THEY DIDN'T DO ALL THE OTHER INCLUDED SERVICES AND LEFT GREASY HAND PRINTS ON MY HOOD

Price for oil change was reasonable.

Too Expensive

i was able to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time.
