Entire team at the Longeood location on 434 was great. The young lady at the front who checked me is was very pleasant and informative. She gave great recommendations to help me get the right tires I needed for my car. At pick up she was also there to greet me and get me checked out. Met another lovely young girl working and a new guy working who was also very nice and friendly. Team seem to work well together and care about their jobs and it shows. Will be returning for other services later on!

Excellent. I got two new tires and alignment

I knew I’d had to wait. Just wasn’t expecting to wait 3 hrs for tire balance, alignment. I had appt scheduled for noon. I arrived at 11:25 am. Nevertheless I had nothing planned for the day. I’m in Spring Break. My first contact was Jenna and she’s amazing!! It’s nice to see and hear a female interact with her customers and she knows everything about cars. Very impressive. She took the time with each customer. She explained so customer could understand. I waited in break area I never heard her rush explaining to her customers. I’ll be back.
