The manager that helped me today is always very kind and explains things. In past visits instead of just saying someone will check something out I have witnessed him actually go out and inspect whatever issue I am having with his own eyes. I have purchased tires, brakes, get all of my oil changes, and will continue doing so at this location despite now living 30/40 minutes away entirely because of the service.
