Very courteous and professional.

Kyle was very friendly from the beginning when it came to me booking my appointment, when I arrived to my appointment, went out of his way to make sure I get the best price for what I needed and had the supplies available, and explained to me thoroughly what was done to my car and the maintenance it will need in the future. The person who also did the repairs, I don’t remember his name, was also working very diligently and stayed after hours until he completed everything that was necessary on my car. Will definitely come back to this location everytime!

Fernando and the guys are good honest dudes. They take care of all of my cars for me.

Had a 3:00pm appointment, was told it would be 1.5hrs. Heard nothing , called around 6:00 WA on hold for nearly 30 minutes, was told it would be ready AT 7:00, which we were there by, had to wait over an hour longer to get the car back. Was told it needs tires, only 14000 miles on vehicle and tires look fine... we have always had good service here, will give them one more try before moving on.

The employees were very courteous and knowledgeable. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait a long time for service. Everything was handled very professionally.

I went for oil change. Oil change has free tire rotation. They didn't do tire rotation! (While they do oil change, you can see your car. How i understood that they didn't do tire rotation)

Interaction was great. Fernando took his time explaining everything to me, and provided options based on what we discussed. I saw his interactions with co-workers, and you could tell he treated them well too. Just seems like an all around good dude.

Even though they were busy they still were able to fix the problem by the end of the day to be able to pick up the car the next day.
