Ransom was great. Napa failed getting the memo that the customer was waiting and it took almost 4 hours to get a tire from their store just 15 min away. They replaced my damaged tire but overfilled it (41 psi instead of 34), failed to top off another tire and didn't reset the tire sensors even a 2nd time. So my sensors are reversed front and rear/right and left.
