I would give (1) star but it won't allow me too! My service was awful and now my engine light is on after I supposedly had service! I paid for an alignment and didn't get it

These guys were great! They got me in and out fast. They were not pushy, but they did let me know what was going on with my vehicle and took me out to show me what was wrong (which other companies do not do).

Today I blew my tire unexpectedly, and had to bring the shell in for a new tire, mount & balance. Ransom Douglas was excellent in is service, and the technicians had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding service.

One of my tires was punctured on Saturday afternoon. I was able to take the vehicle to TK and have the tire repaired in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable charge.
