Love going to the palms for Friday 2 for $22 movie nights! The seats are a little uncomfortable but no other complaints.

The Palms is always a great atmosphere and modern place to stay. Had a fabulous corner room in ivory tower. Beautiful, and great view. Also super clean, most comfortable hotel beds anywhere, and great color scheme. Ate at Lao Tse Schuan restaurant. Food was good but service VERY slow. Too slow for a Chinese restaurant. A bit pricey as all items, including rice, are a la carte. Bring back Little Buddah. Service in general at Palms is slow. Cocktail service and restaurants. Wish they'd figure out that less time in the restaurant means more time in the casino. Again, great place. Will always prefer to stay here, but they have a great opportunity to speed up service.

Service and accommodations were great. The buffet could use some help though. Nothing I had was really that good. Thankfully we had a coupon and didn't have to pay full price. I also didn't like the fact that they charged you for gratuity up front. What if we can gotten really bad service? Doesn't matter to the server I guess cause they still got paid
