We were on our way out of town when we had an emergency blow out on my friend's car. We needed to have the car fixed and ready for him to return to work early Monday morning. I was greeted immediately by the store manager, Henry who found exactly what I needed, explained and sold the product we needed and evven arranged for us to keep the car there until we were on our way back into town. Well, I misunderstood the instructions for pick up and was high anxiety when we returned to pick up after hours. I was able to contact Henry who came from home, on his day off, afterhours to open the store and deliver our vehicle. This level of service is unheard of and demands recognition and praise. This is the type of representation and loyalty every corporation dreams of, and apparently TK has landed the rare gem.
