Connor, the service manager was very professional and friendly. To book my appointment on line was easy. I’ll definitely return when I need service.

Went for service on a Sunday but they were slammed. Service rep suggested better to make an appointment Monday after assessing the issue which was a slow leak on a tire. Decided to come back at the appointed time. Got in within 15 minutes of that time and was out after another 20 minutes. Very efficient. Leak was fixed after foreign object removed. Tire is holding pressure. Cost was $32 which I paid but later found out another service only a few miles away doesn't charge for plugs. Bummed!

The associate was friendly, and my tire was fixed sooner than I expected.

Appointment on time. Respectful of the car in the shop. Nice guys. Techs and shop neat and clean (for a shop). Checked the car out along with performing the requested work, and reported that. Could have been a little quicker, but as long as they took care of things, I'm happy.

Bought tires from tire rack and shipped them to Tire Kingdom. Installed with no problem. Thought they might have a problem because I didn't buy the tires from them, but it wasn't a problem.
