Tino was very professional, polite and helpful with my service. Donovan was very prompt in completing the service in a timely manner.

Outstanding as always. Mark and the back room folks worked their usual magic. I had a recurring soft tire and a starting problem. The soft tire was due to a sidewall puncture and the starting was due to a battery going south. Mark told me the tire could not be repaired due to the location of the puncture and I needed a batteryTires recommended and I replaced both on the front and a new battery under the hood and I am a happy camper. Chris Chinn - you have a great crew, don't lose them.

Timothy was very friendly on the phone and was extremely helpful. I came into the store right after I called, I did not make an appointment, and he helped me immediately and put new tires on within an hour. All staff was polite, have no complaints.

Service was outstanding as always. Mark and Chris orchestrated a complete review of the vehicle history and the backroom guys identified and corrected the problems I needed corrected. With 4 cars in my stable, it is refreshing to know that there is a place I can take them were they will receive the proper care. I will be back.

Recently, within the last several months, purchased and replaced all four tires at the Warrenton NTB. Had my car serviced over the weekend and was told the rear driver side tire had a nail puncture/imbedded. Brought it back to NTB and the tire was fixed at no cost.

I was calling around for price quote and product availability. NTB had the lowest price of all dealership and auto shops that I called. Then there was a familiar name who answered the phone, Tino. I knew Tino way back and inquired if this was the same person. Yes! I knew that I was in honest hands which I would’ve be railroaded because of my gender. His battery man showed me the battery test and in bold letters replace battery. I was in and out quickly, max time maybe 20 minutes! Efficient, honest, great customer experience and best price! I cannot ask for a better experience unless the prices go down! Thank you Tino and staff!
