I did not have an appointment and stopped in early Saturday morning to have a tire rotation done, I did buy the tires at the location. I only had to wait for 15 min when I was told at check in it would be about an hour and half wait.

Pretty nice staff. Maintenance work is pretty good as well.

Was sold one brand of tires, when I picked up my car it was a different brand on the car that was advertised for less on their website but they still charged the original price.

My wife unfortunately had a nail in her tire this afternoon upon my arrival home. I searched the internet to find the nearest NTB location to me home in warrenton, VA. Upon arrival to the warrenton location I was greeted by a gentleman as soon as I walked in. Other customers were in the lobby having service done, but I was able to be helped immediately. Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman's name who was so kind, knowledgeable, and happy to help. The gentleman did have an eyepatch, if that helps. I needed one tire placed on the wheel, and it was completed within 15 minutes of walking in the door. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone. This gentleman was an absolute pleasure to meet and be helped by.

I was not told up front that even though I had an appointment that they blocked out two hours for an oil change. Why have an appointment if you have to wait around for up to two hours? The check out process was very slow. They were more interested in telling war stories than providing customer service. My wife told me she did not like their service but I decided to give them a chance. Now I believe her!

Just wanted to do this to commend the gentlemen who helped me. I regretfully do not remember his name but he was fantastic. Explained my options to me, broke down pricing, and was extremely friendly and professional. 10/10. Most work like this is the same from most places, the people make the difference; and he’s the reason I’ll be coming back to this store.

The sales associate and mechanic were very nice. They explained everything they needed to do and performed the service quickly. I had an unexpected flat tire and they fit me into the schedule. Thank you!

Never any problem getting an early appointment. I always leave it and it is usually ready around lunch time which is great.
