Tire pressure is not set right, need to go by there when the Hispanic is working on tires cuz that guy is right on point when it comes to putting nitrogen in your tires and getting the pressure to your vehicle spec.

We got a credit card online yesterday. We didn't have the card number. They gentlemen got the card number and got us in some new tires with ZERO hassle. They noticed I had an issue with a suspension part and addressed the issue without pushing the part down my throat when I declined the service. They helped me understand that the road side service was more than just somebody coming to change my tire if it goes flat. I was extremely impressed by the knowledge of the staff and their ability to handle a joke I said, even though it wasn't as funny as I'd hoped they still laughed and made me feel like I was funny. I will 100% come back over and over again if this service continues

They did not repair the tire properly so I had to return after they checked me out, although I had shown the advisor where the problem was, (sad) they did upon my return repair the hole!

I was not highly satisfied. I was told by the associate that my vehicle looked like it needed an alignment, so I opted to get one done. Upon completion, the alignment report showed that my vehicle did not need one. All data was within specifications of my vehicle. Rear Camber right was adjusted by 0.1 degrees, from -1.8 to -1.9, even though specifications were -2.5 to -0.5. Completely unnecessary, but looks like was done just to justify charging me $95 anyway. After I asked the associate about why I was charged if I didn't need it, I was told that it was because the technician still needs to get paid. This felt like a complete scam.

Terrible experience. They tried to tell me I needed to replace a tire that had a nail in it. I went somewhere else I trust and they repaired it easily. I am never going back there again! Perhaps it is better to be honest with your customers knowing that they may come back at a later time. Shame on you.

Use this NTB regularly and they always provide outstanding service, they treat me with respect and always take care of my car needs to the best of their ability.

Benjamin and Richard (among all other associates) are fantastic! I came without an appointment a little frazzled about my vehicle and they took care of me as if I was family! Their service, friendliness, and knowledge are the reason I will be returning to this location for all my (and my husband’s) vehicle needs! Mine was an unscheduled visit for a tire repair. Personnel were help, immediately took my vehicle in and repaired the tire while I waited. Entire visit took about 20 minutes to complete. Extremely happy with NTB and I will go out of my way to return. /r Joe

I had scheduled my appointment, no sooner than I got there I was greeted by the staff, and my vehicle was immediately placed in a bay. I was out in 15 minutes. The staff was very professional, courteous, and provided me with an explanation and suggestion for my service.
