Front rotors and brakes replaced and rear shocks replaced, so far, the service provided did the job. Personnel provides exceptional customers service.

Excellent. They got my normal tire replaced with a new one after the puncture wound to the side of the tire and they even put the spare tire back into the hiding spot on the minivan.

Bought the vehicle out of state and had the VA license plate sitting in the front seat. They tagged and put them on after the inspection! Did not expect that. Great service!

I was traveling through here to go on vacation and was involved in a car accident 100 yards from the store. I was stranded and they took my car immediately and checked it to see if it was safe to drive. It needed an alignment and they did it right then. I was so shaken and everyone was so incredibly kind. Reagan handled everything and Bird did the check and repair. I am so grateful they were willing to help me on the spot. I answered one question that I would not return but only because I live 5 hours away. I wish they were in my town

Well I was satisfied until I looked at bill when I got home I saw were my coupon was worth 30.00 and instead I got 25.00 off the coupon said 30.00dollars off on oil change well I wasn’t expecting to pay anything but had to pay 9.15 difference didn’t understand this service was outstanding I was satisfied just didn’t understand bill thank you
