Great service

Originally went in for a realignment but also needed a repair (leak caused by screw in my tire). Was pretty quick, about an hour or maybe less.

I've known the Inspector, Adam, fir a long time and trust his skills and recommendations.

Wait time was a lot longer than I was told

There seemed to be a bit of confusion about our appointment. We confirmed our time the day before, but when we arrived, we were not on the schedule they said. They were very good in accommodating us however. All worked out well. Kind and authentic employees there always.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided. No issues with me leaving the vehicle with them and picking it up once they had completed the repairs. Friendly associates and completed repairs in a very timely manner. Very satisfied customer.

Good service

Website made is very easy. Staff was friendly and i have very little wait to process my drop off. Even the techs/mechanics in the back were very friendly when moving the vehicle.

The price for a full synthetic oil change was the best in the area. Also, they checked the balance and rotated my tires free of charge! In addition, they found a problem with my dipstick (damaged) and tried to acquire a new one before I left the location for me, but it was a dealer-only item that had to be ordered.

For a 3:30 PM appointment they did not finish the car until 8:00 PM.

Convenient and efficient

Had appointment and it still took over an hour for them to look at the car.

They were very quick and friendly with their services.

Went in for a oil change and a check to see if I needed an alignment as indicated when they did my vehicle inspection. The appointment was at 11:00 AM but they did not finish it until 6:30 PM. Said there alignment machine broke down but no phone call to tell me about the problems. After looking at the alignment both before and after it looks like the main-van did not need an alignment after all.

Very quick and helpful.

Did the job! But emptied my pockets doing it. Outrageous charges on things that shouldn't be charged. Be wary of these guys.
