Needs were met in a professional and friendly manner when my urgent issue occurred on a Sunday

Service techs do a great job, but they are over scheduled. I had a 1:30 appointment, they took my car at 2:45. Once the tech it in, it was done in a reasonable time.

Fast courteous service.

Oil change. After, they rec tranny & coolant flush. Told them was recently done. They told me I had a trans line leak & needed new shocks (weird order). Really pushy. I took car to a neighbor's friend/mechanic & he replaced shocks. It was engine oil spilled on hoses. No trans leak. NTB quote $600. They rotated tires based on if needed. Mechanic said the better tires are now on back. Either NTB unnecessarily rotated, or didn't rotate when they said they did.

I had my vehicle towed to my NTB for an unexpected repair on Sunday, and it was fixed by Monday, even though I had not made an appointment. My thanks to Joe and the NTB staff for fixing my car so quickly!
