The gentleman at the counter was just so friendly and helpful!!! When someone is that friendly I definitely want to return again, it’s not often you get someone who is polite and happy all at the same time!! He deserves a raise or promotion

The associate, Micah Rucker, was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out with a brand new battery in under 20 minutes! NTB even had a record of my previous battery purchase, so I was able to see how long it lasted. That was awesome.
