The store is in the town I live in an had a bad experience the first time I went there. I decided to give the place a second chance and bought tires for my pickup truck last month and then a new tire for a flat repair for my wife's SUV yesterday. The experience has turned my opinion of the store around for me. It has been a pleasant experience both times. The store has my business from here on out.

I got sumatomo tires a year ago and was very happy with them. A few weeks ago my mechanic noticed extreme tires wear and I only had put 3200 miles on these tires. So I found the receipt from last year and the tires were supposed to last 70,000 miles. I took the receipt to the NTB tire and was able to arrange to get a new set of tires, continental sure grip for about $268. The next day we had a snow storm. The tires are awesome. I know that NTB TIRES stands behind their products and their work. I also get my oil changes done having divorced my dealership. Chance, John and Vinny are so nice and professional. Everyone is so busy and running around like chickens. To say thank you i bring snacks: cookies, donuts and recently fruit salad. I just want them to know how much I appreciate their awesome work. I take care of people in my life that take care of myself, my family and my car. My husband Mark is also a customer. I have referred my dry cleaner, Bob. His wife told me he got tires at the shop recently. When anyone needs tires I always tell them to go to NTB TIRE. Thank you so much for all that you do. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.
