Furman made this experience so much better. I was stressed about the work my car needed and he fully explained everything, even went so far to educate me about what my car needs and how to care for it.

I was satisfied within the timeframe that was quoted for the work to be done. The work was done in that timeframe. the female on June 11,2023 was very Professional as well as the Mechanic that was on duty that day. the 2 of them were a Great team. they work very hard to service a lot of people who came that day and got them in and out. They were the only employees on duty. they should be entitled to a (Raise) for the way they handled so many customers that day.

Service Manager Ebony Price was a breath of fresh air. She provided excellent customer service and even was very patient with a rude customer. She deserves a raise! She was running the whole show with a smile!

I was highly satisfied with the quality of service and the time it took to complete it. However I was unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the coffee machine area. There was so much loose coffee grinds in the area where the coffee is dispensed, that they kept falling into my cup as I attempted to make a cup of coffee. The coffee was ruined as a consequence.

Service was great and I was out within a hour

When scheduling the service online, I was presented with a different price than I ended up having to pay in the store. The online pricing felt misleading since I provided the exact same information online as I did in the store, yet the in the store the associate concluded I would need an additional quart of oil than I was told when booking online. I'm very happy with the representative and the service received, but the experience with the pricing felt like a bit of a bait and switch.
