Quick once the car was in the service area, receptionist friendly & welcoming!

Although the radiator was having problems for the 3rd time since it's installation, I was happy because the service technician gave me an additional discount on my bill.

Ebony was great! Very professional and personable.

Service good, price ok. TPM not reset due to machine out for repair, but service manager did not advise me of this when I picked up vehicle. I had to go back in shop to inquire.

Every time I come here I always get top notch service. The wait time is reasonable. They do get busy. That's why come prepared just in case. The wait is not even that long and people tend to reschedule which makes it easy for my service to be done quick. This is my store. NTB has been my go to for the last 5 yrs. Thanks guys

Waited several days for someone to call about receiving tire order. I called a couple times before someone answered phone but once I talked to someone they told me the tire was there & if I could come now they could worked me in for service which I was very happy. Very busy place.

I was very pleased with the new tire package I purchased. The wait time with an appointment was to long.

Did not rotate tires as initially asked. has to ask again after service. Left one tire low on air.

My first NTB go to when I need a repair service

They didn't reset the oil change signal. Otherwise, no where near as bad as the last time, I was there.

I have been coming to this NTB for years and they always get my vehicle right!
