Had to replace two tires which seemed rather expensive.

Associates were friendly and professional (especially Paige). Service was completed in a timely fashion, without issues.

Good experience. Dropped vehicle in the morning for an oil change - time to pick up was close to time quoted. Fair price.

Dropped off the vehicle for a lifetime tire rotation. I Did not get a call when my car was ready, though it was requestd. The customer service reps are good.

Joe (store manager) made the process effortless even though I did not have an appointment, him and his team managed to get my oil change done. I waited and realized how busy they can get with sporadic flow of customers. Even then, I was being informed that my car will out and done from the bay shortly. Great staff!

Easy service . Message received on vehicle that the tire pressure was low. I took it in and they checked it out and fixed it immediately. The tires were purchased at this location and wow they gave excellent service. I am awed!

The invoice stated that my battery was checked; however, I was not told/advised that I would need a new battery sooner than later. After 13 days from taking my car to NTB, my battery became dead. I was stranded on the 4th level of a parking garage until a towing company person was able to charge my battery.

Paige was great. She followed up with me and I was on my way within a hour or less! Super job super employee!

Friendly and efficient

Wasted a lot of time on doing an alignment. First day they gave it back to me with the vehicle pulling left. Next day vehicle is pulling to the right. They confirmed it was not a tire pull and it was the alignment. Whats the point of paying for a package deal alignment when it can not be executed properly?
