An unexpected roadside emergency required immediate attention. Joe took my initial call, and assured me that NTB would look out for my vehicle arriving on a tow truck. He kept me informed about their thorough vehicle assessment, my options, and the associated costs. His customer service skills are exceptionally good -- giving me a feeling of confidence to make decisions in an area where I have little knowledge. This was my first visit to NTB. I think it will be my "go to" place for the automotive services they offer.

Didnt inspect car, just gave work needed out of the blue. Everything they said needed was already done during a previous visit.

II purchased a bulb for $15. The labor was $65, this is a problem. And the flasher still isn't working properly. Now I have to take the car back to ensure they didn't put the old bulb in instead of the new bulb....UUUUUUUUUUGH!!!! I've been visiting this location for quite some time, Very Disappointed NTB.

The store was able to clearly explain the issue and give the options for repair. I was able to get my car back the same day which was a relief.

Went in to request a diagnostic test because my service engine soon light was illuminated. Was told there was nothing wrong and wasn't charged for the diagnostic. It's just a light that comes on when I start the car. Less than 3 weeks later, I'm stranded on the highway and find out I need spark plugs and coils. Had the diagnostic test been done when I asked, maybe this could have been avoided.

Always a pleasure to work with the NTB staff, especially, Mr. Darnell, who is usually the first person we see or talk with when we schedule our visit. Professional, kind, courteous, and helpful in exploring options and explaining the issues

The store manager, Joseph, was quick, friendly, and transparent about all aspects of the service.

Associates were friendly and got the service completed in a timely fashion

The blinking tire pressure system service was unexpected when it came on with a check engine light and although the check engine light went off after a few days of warm weather the tire blinking light stayed blinking until NTB serviced my car and no parts were required for the fix.

Darnell and Joe at the NTB location on Oak Hall Rd. were amazing! So kind and explained everything at it was occurring. Thank you !!
