One issue is the length of time that it took to start and then finish the work. Had to make an appointment to get it in time the shop and it was about 40 minutes before job was started. I ended up waiting for more than 2 hours.

The staff was friendly and explained the details of my service clearly and in a way I understood. The price was fair and though I wasn't thrilled with the wait time, I was not discouraged from returning.
