Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I also liked the little model with the wheels on it that showed how bad shocks and struts can affect tire wear and vehicle performance. It had little cranks on it that you could turn yourself (I'm a self service kind of guy, and like turning little cranks..), and one could clearly see how bad the tires rolled with bad shocks and struts versus the new ones. My car is from 1987 so when it comes time to replace my shocks I will definitely have them replaced at NTB versus the local Buick dealer which doesn't, as far as I know, have the little crank turning model. Also, the dealer is always trying to get me to trade in my car for a newer model even though my car runs great - even *better* now that it has new tires! Car feels virtually new now! I can't wait to fly down the highway in the left lane at 45mph with the wind flowing through what is left of my hair! Thanks NTB !!!! Your friend, Billy

I only got an oil change but Patrick and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and I waited for less than an hour. I will definitely be back!

Since I live within 3 blocks of your facility I have going there for better than 15 years. This was the best customer service I have received since I have being going there. The two associates were polite, helpful, thorough, and the work was completed on time.

Patrick went above and beyond the call of duty by dropping my car at the metro station which is just a short distance away from the NTB location I used. The car was in a nice close spot with the key in a secure location and the windows cracked for ventilation on such a hot day. He called to make sure I could find it prior to the time I said I would be arriving at the station. This made my life easier because I didn't have to find transportation from the station to NTB to pick up my car.

Professionalism of the manager Patrick who gave me a quick tutorial on flat run tires. He located the tire I needed and did the repair quickly so we could go out of town.

The Service Manager, Patrick Holtzinger, provided excellent service. I was in an emergency situation needing a new tire and he was able to fit me in with the other appointments. He provided a clear diagnosis of the current problem and was able to recommend other needed problems (additional tires). He provided clear pricing options that were in line with my budget. Mr. Holtzinger treated me like I was a family friend and was engaging. He was able to get me in and out in a reasonable time given I didn't have an appointment. Once the service was completed he explained the roadside policy and my options should something happen to the 2 tires that I purchased. I left feeling great about my experience.

Patrick Holtzinger was AWESOME! He served me as i would serve others. He worked to find me the best deal. he looked for 30 day tires, the same tires I had previously purchased, asked if i had a NTB CC and advised me of the B2G2 deal as well as the coupons for rebates, etc. I have been a loyal customer of NTW/NTB since 1975 because of the quality of the product. I have continued to buy from NTB for the past 15 years because of the service I receive from both the Rockville location and the Germantown location (they have the alignment rack large enough for my Tundra).
