I price checked NTB against Mavis, Dealer & Local Independent online & by phone. Mavis was more $100 more expensive and was busy. Dealer was $300 more expensive, non-starter. Independent did not have my size in stock. Online checked NTB for price, size & stock. Walked in. Price confirmed. No upsell. Took car in right away. Yes, the alignment took longer than the tire change, but my 11 year old, 180,000 mile cars was fighting the tech the entire time and they still managed to get all green for the alignment.

I was highly satisfied with the ability to estimate the time required to finish the job. The tie rods were seized and new parts were required. I was scheduled for the next day, and they finished in the a very reasonable time.
