Didn’t have appointment, I was still taken in and told the wait time, I decided to leave because I understand shops get busy, very happy with the experience

They changed a tire that went flat for no visible reason that was less than 4 months old, the problem being that although I had requested coverage, I found out I wasn't and had to buy another tire. So, how do you rate that???

Every time I bring my vehicle in for a simple oil change I leave with a smile on my face. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!!

I waited over 2 hours despite having an appointment to have my wheels serviced and a new tire put on in accordance with the hazard warranty. I left with a tire that was re-patched (again) and no receipt.

Simple and fast

Service advisor took over 40 minutes to get to us, and we had an appointment! Facility not very clean in appearance. Picked up vehicle next day, tires looked absolutely terrible, greasy finger prints on side walls of all tires, greasy footprints inside vehicle,etc. NOT a professional seeming establishment in any respect. Wife spoke with the manager next day and he was of no appearabt help what so ever. Plan on returning the tires we purchased under 30 day ride guarantee. Not impressed at all.

Needed tire inspection/repair; based on condition, got new, highly rated tires that were in stock and installed on a Sunday, and got a synthetic oil change also. Super convenient to me.

Put the wrong mileage on the paper work now show mileage inconsistency

I was shown my problem, the technician brought me to my car and showed me my problem.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating as I had my child with me. They offered beverages but I had my own and was quick with my services!
