Robert “Harley” Parrott helped me out immensely. I basically limped in to the store because my 2008 4Runner was having major brake issues. Harley helped to diagnose the issue and thoroughly explained what repairs were necessary. He is a true professional and I wanted to recognize him as a valuable employee for your company.

Harley was extremely helpful, polite and efficient. He scheduled the service visit for a time that was convenient for me and made sure the tires I wanted were available and at a competitive price. The shop was extremely busy while I was waiting and I could observe that Harley was extremely focused on customer satisfaction - and he handled it all very well.
