They did not consult me on battery check or any other items they checked on car. Nearly refused doing service after I had called and informed them I would be there after I got off work.

Excellent and timely service

Took much longer then i was told..

On line app. was easy to use. All prices of services were easy to find. The Michelin tires I wanted were in stock & on sale, which was great for me! Store was easy to find & not too far from me. Associates were professional & nice. The front area when you walk in was impressive as in clean, neatly organized, spacious & did not have an overpowering smell of tires.

Just needed to get an idea how a few items looked on a used car I recently purchased.

Too expensive! $826 to replace a starter and battery.

The tires I initially ordered had an issue and needed to be sent back to the warehouse. The staff immediately offered another alternative tire within my budget…overall great experience and communication.

The absolute worst place I have ever been! They don't respect the customers or their vehicles. They drive your vehicle like its nothing and expect you not to get upset about it. You pay for a service and it doesn't get done correctly and they try to argue you down to say otherwise. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will never ever shop at another tire kingdom nor will my friends/ family!! I would give ZERO stars but it only allows me to put the minimum of 2 and they deserve a big fat "0"

Everything was done in a timely manner

Paid for the warranty of rotation and balance and they didn't think the tires needed to be rebalanced and after leaving vehicle was shaking. After having someone else check it out, the tires were not balanced

In and out with no issues and polite service

Everything was great but just a little pricey on the tires I didn't do any shopping around because we needed the tires asap y'all definitely delivered on getting it done fast though

"I made an appointment at 6p, I didn't leave until an hour and a half later for just the service of an oil change/minor inspection. Customer service wasn't the best when it came to communicating and every single time I come here with my car I'm told my car has more issues that need to be fixed yet when I go and get other opinions I'm told the issues don't exist. High turn around with employees and not very trustworthy in my opinion."
