location convent, friendlyness of staff, past service done on car.

Good it took longer than other places I've been to.

Been going to this location awhile. People are always friendly. They tell you what you need for car without pressuring you. When the same employees have been there awhile, it tells you something about management.

Went for inspection and was told to change all brakes and brake rotors. Lower control arm and tires. There were no customers and 5 mechanics that had no work. I guess they were looking for a sucker but Im not one of them. Went across the street after buying a set of tires. Inspection passed with no issues.

Outstanding customer service...manager, associates, technician we're professional, and knowledgeable.. Purchased tires but will return for service as well....

they disconnected one sparkplug, and an vacuum line. failed to reconnect them.

The staff were very friendly had a sense of humor great overall customer service. We were in and out in a breeze. Price was very reasonable. This location is the only one we ever have good experiences at will not go to the other locations around

They didn't replace bad oil plug. Knowing it was leaking.

The tire that I needed wasnt at the location closest to me and the associate was able to Have the tire delivered from another location so it could be put on the same day. Very much appreciated

Easy to schedule, tires were ordered and at the shop as expected, inspection of vehicle was done and found a problem. Problem was explained over the phone and was completed.

Done in a timely manner, nice looking tires and a reasonably priced oil change

The manager was super helpful and was honest and upfront. He also alerted me to a problem with my battery that probably would’ve caused future issues, so I was able to take care of that too!
