NTB-National Tire & Battery

I went in on Saturday evening for new tires and I am very pleased with the services I received. Rob, the Store Manager was awesome and very helpful in the selection of tires needed for my vehicle.

After a bad experience with a previous store manager at this location the person they had filled in for him did an awesome job! Christopher C Chastain did a great job for me purchasing my tires. He provided all the information i needed for my purchase, generous, and his customer service was great. He deserves a raise or something to keep him around!

They took a good care of it in a timely manner.

Went in for a oil change,the clerk was very nice and explained about the help,I understand that thing are a little rough out here with jobs now.

Great Service and lowest price on a set of tires!

Very professional, informative, commutative, and friendly. Everything was explained in depth and cautionary rationales were given regarding my vehicle. Service was performed in a timely matter even as I ended up needing and receiving more than I had previously scheduled for. Overall great service!

The customer service was excellent and the service was done quickly.

Made appointment online. Car was taken in on time and finished ahead of time. Service was prompt and tech was polite.

Scott was great and the service was great

This location does not provide the best service. They created confusion about when my tires would be ordered and when they would arrive. They argued about tire prices posted on their own website. They lost my valve stem caps and had to order new ones. Would recommend customers shop around if great service during and after the sale is important.

No unexpected delays or problems

Scott was extremely busy, however, he took the time to check my car and to explain the tires and prices that were available. Observing him, I was impressed with his patients and knowledge with phone and customers as well as walk-in customers. Scott is a wonderful representative and asset to NTB.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. After taking my daughters car in for an inspection AND paying for it, we weren't told when we picked it up there was a problem, only a notation on the paperwork that states there was a problem and we would have to GO to the DMV in person to resolve this issue before we could renew the registration. Only after I called them (NTB-Tire Kingdom) was I told they had computer problems and their machine wasn't communicating with the State!
