45 mins turned into 90 min wait. Oil spilled on papers I had sitting on the passenger seat?!?! First time visit and will not be coming back.

Manager was awesome. (Mark) He was very friendly and professional

I had a 12:00 noon appointment for inspection. Car wasn't taken back until 12:45 PM. Why make appointments?

The store manager Mark really tries hard to service the clients but with the lack of help-just to answer the phone - and 1 or 2 people in the back-makes his job IMPOSSIBLE. With Mark leaving, I am not sure about future visits.

Horrible customer service. Lied about cost or conveniently/omitted telling me that the steering switch did not come on the steering pump, & was an extra $65. So, I was without my car an extra day waiting for part to come in. Never called me the following day to tell me my car was done. I called them shortly after 3:29 pm, Steve answered the phone and told me that my car had been picked up. Quickly, he said oh my bad, its here. I thought someone called earlier to tell you it was ready.. smh

Quick service with friendly manager. Also quoted some other jobs for me which was really helpful while I waited.

I don't know who you are....just figured it out...but why don't you go by NTB? And, how do you get away with that bogus "store charge"?? I don't know if it's just you guys in Ballantyne who pull that or all of them...I have never noticed it before....but I won't be scammed into that again.

Mark was amazing he squeezed me in to get my flat tire repaired. Everyone was polite and very patient in my time of panic.

Mark at the front desk explained things very well. I will be taking my 2014 Acura RDX for service to this location.

The NTB location I go to is always clean, the staff is always courteous and professional, and the techs do a great job :) thank you!

The Team was great to work with. Called because our vehicle had a flat tire and they were extremely accommodating. For us in and pretty much on schedule despite having staffing issues. They were definitely clutch!!!

Made reservation on line for 4!tires price I was quoted was the price I paid

The service, flush and replace the coolant, was fairly priced. The service writer was friendly and I like this location because I can go home and wait/
