The Store Manager Jordan was professional and experienced. He offered a wide range of options at various price levels. He asked questions to help me make the right tire decision for my car.

The reason they dont get five stars is because I had to return to the shop multiple times to trouble shoot the issue. They finally diagnosed the problem and it was quickly repaired (3 times a charm) they are almost always helpful and sincerely interested in the cars I bring in. Most of the time there is helpful additional info regarding my cars and no pressure to commit to repair these additional items unless safety related. Ill keep coming here for T&B related service
