NTB-National Tire & Battery

I wasnt sure if I had coverage/warranty on my interstate battery and sure enough I had coverage. Its good to know that NTB will be there if all else fails and they do good work.

Experienced a emergency with my tire where I had an extremely large pin toon in the tread. Brought my vehicle to NTN for repairs and John was very helpful and transparent with the type of service I would need for my vehicle repair. John and I decided a new tire would be the most appropriate remedy for the issue due to the amount of damage to my tire. John advised me of some issues I would have only purchasing a single tire, but agreed to work with me otherwise. Will definitely be coming back to purchase the remaining tires after my honeymoon in two weeks. I was also able to speak with the mechanic/tech Adrian who informed me that I had an extremely large bolt like obstruction in my tire; likely a large bolt or even a wheel stud. Adrian’s explanation made me feel more confident in my purchase. The NTB took my vehicle in a super short notice 30 minutes before close and was able to order my exact tire in for me for that specially requested, and got it installed in an extremely timely manner. I’ve been a customer with NTB for 9 years now and this was by far the best service I have received in 9 years.

I was with my son and dog in the car, 30 minutes into an 8 hour drive. My tire pressure signal came on. I felt vulnerable driving in the country in an unfamiliar area with my little with me. Siri said there was an NTB 17 minutes away, which was a name I recognized. I said a prayer and made it! John welcomed me when I arrived, and immediately helped check my tires. He welcomed my son and dog to wait in the lobby. He found a screw in my tire and had it plugged in 15 minutes. He wouldn’t even let me pay! I’m so grateful. I don’t think men alway realize how scary it can be for a woman to feel stranded, especially when she has her family to care for. I felt blessed by my stop there!

The Marion location was very clean and the staff was friendly. There was nothing complicated about the process at all and very pleased with the product received. Jon spoke with me while I waited and made the time go by quick!
