Great price and service. The only real disappointment was when I went to pick up the car there wasnt anyone in the office. I had to wait about 10 min before anyone acknowledged me

I dealt with John Hicks and he was amazing. He not only explained the issue but also made sure everything was done in a timely manner. While only one side needed new brake pads he had the other side replaced as well and informed me of a potential future issue and what to look for. This has been my best visit thus far to this location.

Good shop, although they forgot to rotate my tires as requested.

I experienced a flat tire at home in my garage. I removed tire and took to NTB Marion, Ohio at 2:08Pm and was met with a very kind associate.

Took entirely too long for an oil change, almost 2 hours. Wasn't even a walk-in, had an appointment.

As soon as I walked in they greeted by my name and seemed happy to see me. They told me everything they found wrong with my car. My car is a classic and they took very go care of it.

Tire rotation was requested but not performed. I will have to return to have this done. Not cool

Terrible and rude staff. They watched as our tire went flat at their front door. Then they wanted to drive the car to their bay to fix it, over 1 hour latter. We asked them to put some air in the tire so it would not ruin the tire. They said it would not hurt it. One person said they could inflate it. Then another one said they couldn't. My 72 yr old husband asked that if the tire was ruined, would they replace it. One person said yes. Then they refused to serve us at all. Never go here. 1 star

All of the associates and staff were clear and kind in their communication. Services were carried out exactly as needed and no issues whatsoever (as of 30 minutes after completion). Highly recommend this location.

Hour and a half for an oil change and they DID NOT rotate my tires

They didnt have the tire I needed, and felt forced to buy 4 brand new tires instead of just 1 that I needed.
