Took vehicle to shop for simple oil change when picking up all gages on dash were going crazy power doors wouldn't unlock wipers and head lights stuck on . Never had problem holl shop touched vehicle . My other vehicle I took in for alignment still out of alignment after getting vehicle back . Took to 2 different shops for there in out why it was still pulling and found out Midas charged me for alignment when whole front end need replaced ball joints and tie rods but Midas supposively aligned

Horrible experience at our Marion NTB. Left waiting for almost an hour without being told my vehicle was already done and parked in the lot. No workers at the counter the whole time, actually had to call the store to get a worker to come tti the desk. Facility is very unclean also.

Manager John was extremely helpful and took care of my tire replacement immediately. Walking in without an appointment and he made me feel like I was his only concern even though he had plenty of work going on. Showroom/waiting area was very clean and orderly and made my short wait a pleasant experience. Thanks and keep up the great work.

The GM was very nice and made sure I was very well taken care of. He made sure I was getting everything done on my car that I needed and wanted and that it was done right as he always does. He was very attentive to not only me but everyone that called or came into the store. He made sure that he stayed talking with you until your issue or what you called or came in for was resolved. He didn't make you feel rushed and made you feel like you were important and he cared. He took time out of his busy day just to talk with me for a couple minutes which gave that next level experience and made me feel like im not just money being made for the company. He kept coming out during the process to let me know where they was at with my car and what is left to be done. The shop workers were quick but thorough and accurate. They did an amazing job getting my car running like new. I couldn't have left any happier!

The time worked great with my work schedule. Setting up the appointment online was convenient and easy. Service was fast and thorough. Cost was efficient and chose to get more vehicles serviced at this location. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Totally satisfied with the entire appointment to have a TPMS Redi-sensor installed. The manager at this store, John Hicks was such a nice gentleman and very very helpful. Took me in right off the street without an appointment and I was out with a completed job in one hour and 10 minutes flat! Now that’s what I call Service.
