"I made an appointment online for 8:30am however, it was over two hours before the mechanic spoke to me about my vehicle and it was another two hours hours before it was fixed. My impression is that the online system sets an unreal expectation of timeliness. No customer makes am appointment and expects to wait two hours before being helped. Why make an appointment then? Change your online system so that your stores aren't over booked or teach your management not to over schedule. Although I appreciate the work and service at this location, I will never go back due to my recent experience."

Good friendly customer service. The shop was clean and I received quick service.

Customer service started off bad in the beginning, I called this particular shop and spoke with a gentleman and explained my vehicles issue to which he suggested that I make an appointment for service. The gentleman then proceeded to ask me questions in the attempt to setting an appointment for me which was 7 days out, when I arrived on stated appointment day I was told there was no appointment in their system for me at that time. So I was able to leave my tire and return when it was ready.

Very friendly staff. Very concerned about the problem you are having. Find ways to ease the situation without putting more pressure on the customer.

Never really had a good experience here, they all have attitudes instead of doing their jobs. Zero stars, they wouldn't even let me choose 1 star, I had to choose 2 stars to submit this review.

Great service and great 👍🏿 people. MD Donya has been taking care of my families vehicles for years and we are customers for life!
