I was very satisfied with my first ntb experience with Ethan Dat Nguyen because he was helpful in explaining the issues involving not only my requested services but also checking for other issues that may be occurring in my car. Additionally, the service was done in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend this ntb and Ethan to potential customers in the future.

Ethan was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and patient with my questions and concerns. I've been to several NTB's to get a wheel alignment and there were no technicians available. I'm glad that my car is in ship shape. The bathroom is horrible however; needs significant cleaning.

The employee I worked with, was very communicative, made sure that all of my needs were met and even some extra things that I needed to be comfortable with receiving the service that I got. I also could tell that one of the managers I spoke with prior to coming, was concerned about the employees getting home at a certain time which stood out to me and let me know that I would receive the same care. I like the honesty and clarity of the service and pricing, and I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of which goes along way with me and is why I will be returning.

I went in thinking I had a brake problem but it was actually bad tires in need of changing. I was put to ease with the explanation and care the service reps gave me.

The folks at this Merchants are always friendly and helpful and they seem to go above and beyond the call in doing so.

Ethan and Taj are fantastic and they provided top customer service and answered all my questions.
